About the Role

Cothroll Law is seeking a full-time Project Manager to serve as the operational backbone for a large-scale client initiative. This role will be responsible for managing day-to-day communication, documentation, and case tracking to ensure smooth operations and enhance the client experience.

Key Responsibilities

→Serve as the central point of contact for client status updates
→Manage day-to-day communication, documentation, and case tracking
→Organize workflows, prioritize tasks, and maintain consistent administrative operations
→Oversee timelines for 250+ active client files
→Track deadlines, submissions, compliance milestones, and deliverables
→Maintain CRMs, trackers, dashboards, or case management tools
→Monitor workflows to ensure no case falls behind
→Identify bottlenecks and escalate appropriately
→Organize and maintain digital client files
→Manage document intake and verify completeness
→Review submissions for accuracy before handing off to the attorney
→Maintain consistent file naming and documentation standards
→Track missing documents and follow up persistently
→Log activity and communication updates in the CRM
→Prepare basic internal summaries or status reports
→Support reporting for leadership visibility
→Draft routine and templated client communications
→Ensure data accuracy across all systems
