About the Role
We are looking for a highly technical and detail-oriented Email Deliverability Specialist to take full ownership of our outbound email infrastructure. This role focuses on ensuring high inbox placement, clean sender reputation, system stability, and scalable outbound performance.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own and optimize campaign architecture
- →Manage inbox warm-up schedules and sending caps
- →Enforce pacing controls across inboxes, domains, and daily limits
- →Monitor key deliverability indicators (bounce, spam placement, replies, reputation)
- →Troubleshoot and resolve SPF, DKIM, DMARC issues
- →Address issues like throttling, reputation drops, and domain anomalies
- →Build technical outbound campaign structures
- →Implement spintax variants as approved
- →Produce weekly "campaign health" technical reports
- →Train and support an internal assistant on best practices and processes
Requirements
- ✓Solid understanding of DNS, domains, cPanel, Cloudflare or similar
- ✓Experience with email authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
- ✓Familiarity with Smartlead, Instantly, Lemlist, or outbound ESPs
- ✓Ability to interpret deliverability metrics and diagnose issues
- ✓Technical mindset with strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
- ✓Experience with automation tools, APIs, or system integrations is a plus
- ✓Strong ownership, consistency, and attention to detail
