About the Role
We are looking for an IT Infrastructure Specialist to serve as a key infrastructure point in a global company. This role involves managing IT infrastructure and providing user support in a corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and connectivity
- →Provide user support through tickets, access management, devices, and printers
- →Administer contracts and vendor relationships
- →Ensure compliance with regulations such as LGPD, SOX, and GDPR
- →Maintain inventory and secure disposal of equipment
Requirements
- ✓Experience in multinational corporate environments
- ✓Knowledge of Microsoft, Linux, Office 365, Fortigate (firewall/VPN), LAN/WAN networking, virtualization, and hardware
- ✓Familiarity with ITSM tools like ServiceNow
- ✓English proficiency is desirable
