Responsibilities
Marketing & Campaign Execution
β’ Coordinate execution of marketing campaigns across email, CRM, and outbound channels
β’ Support creation and distribution of marketing materials (one-pagers, decks, service summaries)
β’ Maintain campaign calendars, task lists, and timelines
β’ Ensure messaging and materials align with service offerings and delivery readiness
CRM & Revenue Operations
β’ Own CRM hygiene, including leads, contacts, accounts, and opportunities
β’ Manage lead routing, assignment, and status tracking
β’ Support sales and outreach teams with pipeline updates and follow-ups
β’ Build and maintain basic reports and dashboards for visibility
Lead Flow & Process Support
β’ Monitor how leads move from marketing to sales to service delivery
β’ Identify breakdowns in follow-up, tracking, or handoff
β’ Escalate issues and propose process improvements
β’ Ensure data accuracy so leadership can trust reporting
What Success Looks Like
β’ Campaigns launch on time with clean execution
β’ Leads are tracked, routed, and followed up without gaps
β’ CRM data is accurate and trusted by leadership
β’ Sales and service teams are not chasing information
β’ The Growth Quarterback can focus on alignment and momentum β not cleanup
