About the Role
We are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead our digital strategy and scale student acquisition for COPIOTA. This role requires a balance between strategic thinking, analytical skills, and hands-on creative execution.
Key Responsibilities
- →Define brand positioning and acquisition strategy
- →Design, optimize, and scale conversion funnels
- →Manage social media, brand storytelling, and the editorial calendar
- →Create multi-format content (text, images, video)
- →Execute SEO strategies and optimize landing pages/web structure
- →Manage Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEM, and email marketing campaigns
- →Analyze KPIs, user behavior, and run growth experiments
- →Work with CRM platforms and automation tools
- →Edit video for ads, educational materials, and campaigns
Requirements
- ✓2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Growth, or SEO roles
- ✓Strong command of SEO (technical & organic), Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEM, and email marketing
- ✓Skills in video editing, copywriting, and creative tools (including AI-based tools)
- ✓Experience with CRM platforms and automation workflows
- ✓Native-level Spanish with excellent writing skills
- ✓Stable internet connection (minimum 100 Mbps) and a quiet workspace
- ✓Mandatory portfolio (content, campaigns, metrics, or results)
