About the Role
We are looking for a client-facing Project Manager with a strong marketing background and exceptional coordination skills. This role is the operational backbone of the company, serving as the bridge between clients, fulfillment teams, and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the client relationship after the sale closes
- →Act as the primary liaison between clients, marketing & fulfillment teams, and internal leadership
- →Lead and manage onboarding, expectations, timelines, and deliverables
- →Work within tools such as GoHighLevel, ClickUp, CRMs, and project management platforms
- →Track progress, identify risks early, and keep all parties informed and aligned
- →Ensure clients feel supported, informed, and confident throughout the engagement
- →Collaborate across departments to proactively solve issues and remove roadblocks
Requirements
