What will you be doing?
• Own and elevate SOX controls for RevOps (design effectiveness, operating rigor, audit readiness); close gaps end-to-end.
• Define the KPI and control monitoring framework (leading/lagging metrics, thresholds, auto-alerts).
• Lead cross-team follow-ups; remove blockers and ensure timely closure of remediations and process changes.
• Architect standardized processes and control narratives; embed controls into the workflow by design.
• Lead end-to-end automation of high-impact RevOps workflows (requirements, data model, reconciliation logic, exceptions).
• Partner with Finance/IT on the automation roadmap (data pipelines, BI models, validations, approvals/evidence collection).
• Conduct deep-dive merchant P&L reviews; quantify impact, recommend levers, and track outcomes to closure.
• Triage and structure complex ad-hoc tasks; convert into repeatable, automated workflows where feasible.
• Mentor junior team members on controls, analytics, and automation best practices.
What skills do you need?
• Expert Excel and strong SQL/BI; able to model metrics, automations, and reconciliations at scale.
• Proven experience improving and evidencing SOX/internal controls in revenue/financial processes.
• Practical automation experience (workflow/orchestration, scripts, scheduled queries, data validation patterns).
• • Strong finance acumen; comfort with merchant-level P&L and variance drivers.• Process design, risk mindset, and audit-ready documentation; stakeholder leadership and influence.• Advanced English and Spanish (mandatory).• AI tools and workflows, using an AI-driven approach to analyze data, automate repetitive tasks, and continuously improve Revenue Operations processes.
