What will you be doing?
• Support execution and documentation of SOX-related controls; log evidence and maintain audit trails.
• Help build and maintain core KPIs and weekly/monthly dashboards; prepare simple variance summaries.
• Coordinate follow ups with Finance, Operations, and CS to ensure all action items and ad-hoc requests are resolved within agreed timelines.
• Assist in mapping processes and creating clear SOPs/runbooks; suggest improvements for consistency.
• Contribute to automation of recurring RevOps reconciliations, approvals, and evidence collection (checks, templates, QA).
• Identify repetitive manual tasks and propose lightweight automations (templates, formulas, alerts, basic scripts).
• Support merchant-level P&L review tasks (data pulls, reconciliations, consistency checks).
• Provide general RevOps support (tickets, data requests, documentation hygiene).
What skills do you need?
• Strong analytical skills; proficient with Excel/Google Sheets.
• Basic SQL/BI literacy or willingness to learn quickly.
• AI tools and workflows, using an AI-driven approach to analyze data, automate repetitive tasks, and continuously improve Revenue Operations processes.
• Interest in automation tools and a data-driven, process mindset.
• Understanding or coursework in finance concepts.
• Organization and follow-through; clear written documentation.
• Advanced English and Spanish (mandatory).
