About the Role
We are building the backbone of a modern, disruptive security organization. We need practical builders to create the central nervous system of our security department, connecting data, automating workflows, and empowering teams to operate at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- →Engineer secure-by-default foundations by designing and maintaining hardened AWS architectures, golden AMIs, and secure container/Kubernetes base images
- →Automate security via Infrastructure as Code (IaC) by publishing and maintaining Terraform modules, Helm charts, and admission policies
- →Own the platform and edge defense by configuring runtime security for Kubernetes and managing layered edge defenses
- →Generate high-fidelity signals by integrating posture signals into centralized dashboards and SIEM/SOAR
- →Enable and mentor by leading threat modeling exercises and mentoring others on prevention-first design
- →Support incident response by defining platform incident playbooks and providing technical expertise
Requirements
- ✓4-8+ years of hands-on experience in Cloud Security, Platform Security, or DevSecOps
- ✓Advanced AWS security architecture knowledge and expert-level hands-on experience with production environments
- ✓Deep practical experience with production EKS baseline hardening and IaC tools like Terraform
- ✓Hands-on experience configuring modern WAFs, CDNs, and edge security platforms
- ✓Ability to translate risks from threat models and compliance frameworks into actionable engineering work
- ✓Leadership attitude to influence and mentor engineers and promote security-first practices
