About the Role
DNSFilter is seeking a hands-on Director of Demand Generation to own marketing-sourced pipeline and fuel our growth. This role reports to the CMO and carries direct accountability for pipeline creation from Marketing, working across GTM teams to ensure every campaign drives measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own marketing-sourced pipeline and campaign performance end-to-end
- →Build, launch, measure, and optimize demand programs across paid media, website, email, content syndication, and field/partner campaigns
- →Constantly evaluate what’s working and what needs to change
- →Partner deeply with Sales, RevOps, Product Marketing, and Customer Success
- →Lead and coach the Campaigns Marketing Manager
- →Manage outcomes with paid media agency
- →Guide web/digital lead and marketing operations personnel
- →Build forecasting models and dashboards
- →Optimize budgets based on performance
Requirements
- ✓8+ years in B2B SaaS demand generation or growth marketing
- ✓Proven ownership of meaningful pipeline targets
- ✓Deep hands-on experience running multi-channel demand programs
- ✓Strong analytical skills to diagnose funnel issues
- ✓Experience working with Sales and RevOps in GTM environment
- ✓Comfort operating in lean teams
- ✓Bias toward action and accountability
- ✓Experience managing agencies and small teams
- ✓Strong operational discipline with creative instincts
- ✓Ability to thrive in ambiguity
- ✓Ability to work ET hours
