About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager for Core Solutions to join Norm Ai, a leading Legal & Compliance AI company. You will own how our flagship offerings, Regulated Content Review and DDQ & RFP Completion, show up in the market. This hands-on role involves crafting differentiated narratives, leading high-impact launches, and equipping our go-to-market teams to win.
Key Responsibilities
- →Refine Product Messaging & Positioning: Develop and test messaging for key products, industries, and personas.
- →Drive Launches & Adoption: Shape and execute go-to-market plans for new product releases.
- →Sales Enablement: Create enterprise-grade decks, one-pagers, demos, and FAQs to improve sales performance.
- →Market & Competitive Intelligence: Build and maintain win/loss insights, competitor battlecards, and positioning frameworks.
- →Narrative & Campaigns: Collaborate with Brand and Demand Gen on high-signal market moments.
- →Solution Performance: Track adoption, revenue contribution, and customer feedback.
Requirements
- ✓4-6+ years of experience leading enterprise B2B product marketing in SaaS or AI.
- ✓Strong narrative instincts with the ability to simplify complexity.
- ✓Experience with high-ACV, multi-threaded deals.
- ✓Data-driven and customer-obsessed approach.
- ✓Collaborative and influential across Product, Sales, and execs.
- ✓Concise writer and confident presenter trusted in executive and client-facing contexts.
