ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:
🗺️ THE ADVENTURE AHEAD
Are you a strategic, customer-focused leader ready to define the vision for our analytics and reporting products? In this role, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of our data visualization tools, traditional reporting suites, and our emerging AI analytics capabilities. You will act as the crucial bridge between our customers and our engineering/data teams, ensuring our data products always deliver actionable, high-value insights. Join us to align our analytics strategy with broader business goals and turn complex data into a "data as a product" powerhouse!
THE DAY-TO-DAY
- Architect the Vision: Define and own the product vision and roadmap for all analytics, reporting, and Al-driven data products.
- Bridge the Gap: Act as the voice of the customer when collaborating with data engineering, data science, and design teams.
- Discover the Needs: Lead regular customer calls and user interviews to deeply understand their data pain points, workflow needs, and reporting requirements.
- Drive the Innovation: Drive the integration of Al Analytics (e.g., predictive analytics, natural language querying, automated insights) to keep the product at the cutting edge.
- Deliver the Experience: Manage the development and enhancement of interactive dashboards and ensure that we provide a best in class data experience.
- Balance the Build: Prioritize the product backlog, balancing the delivery of new features with technical debt and infrastructure scaling.
- Ignite the Launch: Collaborate with product marketing, sales, and customer success to launch new analytics features and data products.

- Product Pioneer: 5+ years of experience in product management, specifically managing B2B SaaS, data, or analytics products.
- Strategic Mastermind: Ability to look beyond basic reporting and ask, "How can we use data to change our customers' behavior and drive ROI?"
- Customer Champion: Proven track record of conducting customer discovery, user interviews, and market research.
- Data Virtuoso: Solid understanding of databases, SQL, data warehousing, and the mechanics of turning raw data into consumable "data products."
- AI Enthusiast: A strong conceptual understanding of Al analytics, machine learning models, and how GenAl can be applied to data analysis.
- Master Translator: Capable of breaking down complex data concepts into simple, value-driven language for non-technical stakeholders.
- Agile Collaborator: Experience working closely with engineering teams in an Agile environment.
