THE ADVENTURE AHEAD 🚀
As a Senior Manager, AI Content Marketing, you are responsible for making Docebo impossible to ignore through content. You're the strategic architect behind how we show up, what we say and why it matters. Content at Docebo doesn’t just support the business. It shapes the conversation, drives pipeline, and helps us continue to build the category.
The role will sit at the intersection of content strategy and systems thinking. You’ll own Docebo’s AI content strategy and production system, designing the workflows, prompts, and processes. You'll lead content strategy across the full funnel, covering thought leadership, research, campaigns, and editorial, and you'll work closely with product marketing, demand gen, and brand to make sure every piece of content connects to pipeline and to the category story we're building.
This is not a traditional content role. You'll spend as much time designing systems as you will crafting strategy. If you've thought seriously about how to operationalize AI in a content function without losing quality or voice, this role was built for you
THE DAY-TO-DAY 📅
- Engineer the Engine: Build and own Docebo’s AI content production system, designing the sophisticated workflows and prompts that transform raw briefs into high-impact, publish-ready masterpieces at scale.
- Architect the Strategy: Lead the evolution of our content roadmap, steering annual planning and quarterly campaigns to ensure we are always telling the stories that matter most right now.
- Command the Calendar: Direct our editorial priorities to ensure Docebo remains the definitive, undisputed voice on AI workforce readiness while connecting every initiative to measurable ROI.
- Guard the Vibe: Own and amplify the Docebo brand voice, keeping it razor-sharp and bursting with the personality needed to stand out in a crowded market.
- Fuel the Funnel: Partner closely with Product Marketing and Demand Gen to craft strategic content that cuts through the noise and converts interest into a tangible pipeline.
- Master the Flow: Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration to track, map, and report on content in flight, ensuring seamless delivery across every channel.
- Decode the Data: Own the scoreboard for content performance, diving deep into the "why" behind the numbers to constantly optimize our next move.

- SaaS Seasoning: You bring 8+ years of B2B content marketing excellence, including at least two years leading the charge within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
