About the Role
We are looking for a Solutions Consultant to join our team at Docebo. This role focuses on driving sales of the 365Talents platform across new prospects and existing customers. You will be directly accountable for demos, guiding trials, and technical validation for all 365Talents opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead discovery conversations to uncover business goals and design solutions that map Docebo's capabilities to the prospect's full project scope.
- →Deliver personalized demos tailored to each prospect's use cases and language.
- →Partner with primary Solutions Consultants on Docebo-led opportunities to position 365Talents as a complementary solution.
- →Serve as pre-sales lead for all opportunities where 365Talents is central to the solution.
- →Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to identify and advance upsell opportunities within the existing customer base.
- →Support Solutions Consultants and Account Executives on complex or high-value 365Talents deals across regions and segments.
- →Act as a trusted advisor to Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, and customers, aligning 365Talents to enterprise talent strategies.
Requirements
- ✓Previous experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or product consulting within enterprise SaaS across EMEA.
- ✓Demonstrated experience with HCM, talent intelligence, or skills platforms.
- ✓Strong understanding of skills taxonomies, internal mobility, AI-driven recommendations, and HRIS integrations.
- ✓Experience developing demo flows, trial frameworks, and internal best practices.
- ✓Proven ability to collaborate across teams, influence deal strategy, and define scalable sales motions.
- ✓Excellent presentation and cross-functional alignment skills.
- ✓Other European languages preferred for this role.
