About the Role

We are looking for an Account Executive, Strategic to join Docker, a leading platform for app development. This role involves managing and expanding relationships with key strategic accounts, developing strategic plans to increase revenue, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

→Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with strategic clients
→Develop strategic plans that align with client business goals and drive mutual growth
→Achieve and exceed sales quotas by identifying and closing business opportunities
→Conduct market analysis to understand industry trends and competitive landscape
→Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive approach to market
→Provide accurate forecasts and track key account metrics
→Lead contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms for both client and company

Requirements

✓5+ years experience selling to large, complex F100 businesses
✓Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at all levels, including executive and C-level
✓Experience delivering client-focused solutions
✓Proven ability to manage multiple account management projects
✓Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
✓Fluent in German and English
✓Strong verbal and written communication skills
✓Trained in Command of the Message and MEDDPICC
