AI Senior Product Manager (x/f/m) at Doctolib

Your Impact We are looking for an AI Product Manager to join one of our in-house startups : Consultation Assistant. Your mission will be to own a standalone AI Scribe product at Doctolib, helping build and scale a dedicated AI Scribe experience that makes clinical documentation faster, higher-quality, and less painful for practitioners. You will work in a feature team developing AI-powered clinical documentation solutions, contributing directly to reducing admin burden for 400,000 health professionals across Europe and unlocking more time for patient care, with measurable adoption and satisfaction outcomes. Working in the tech team at Doctolib means building innovative products and features to improve the daily lives of care teams and patients. What you'll build Your responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Own the end-to-end product strategy for our AI Scribe solution, driving quality improvements and market expansion with high autonomy • Build and refine Clinical ASR quality through tight collaboration with Data Scientists and ML Engineers on model evaluation, iteration loops, and production trade-offs (accuracy, latency, privacy) • Drive the Germany market launch, coordinating across engineering, design, and local teams to ensure successful go-to-market execution • Develop structured evaluation frameworks and monitoring systems for ML quality in production, defining metrics like WER, accuracy by segment, and user satisfaction • Collaborate closely with clinicians to understand documentation workflows, trust requirements, and specialty-specific needs, translating insights into product features • Champion a user-centric approach, balancing model performance with real-world constraints (time pressure, accuracy requirements, regulatory compliance) Who you are Before you read on: if you don't have the exact profile described below, but you feel this job description matches your skill set, we still encourage you to apply. You'll be a great fit if you: • You have at least 3–5 years of Product Management experience, including at least 2 years on AI/ML-powered products with hands-on experience shipping user-facing AI features • You have strong product fundamentals including discovery, prioritization, execution, stakeholder management, and metrics-driven decision making • You are comfortable working closely with Data Scientists and ML Engineers on model quality topics, discussing evaluation methodology and production trade-offs • You are fluent in English and French (user language), with strong analytical rigor and comfort with metrics, dashboards, and structured problem-solving • You have an entrepreneurial mindset with the ambition to transform healthcare, demonstrating empathy for clinicians' workflows and comfort operating in fast-moving environments with ambiguity It would be fantastic if you: • You have experience with ASR or speech products (dictation, transcription, diarization, noisy audio handling) • You have familiarity with healthcare or other regulated contexts (privacy, risk management, sensitive data) • You speak German (ideally fluent) and have exposure to international launches, localization, and go-to-market coordination Tech Life at Doctolib • Our solutions are built on a single fully cloud-native platform that supports web and mobile app interfaces, multiple languages, and is adapted to country and healthcare specialty requirements. • We leverage AI ethically across our products to empower patients and health professionals.
