About the Role
We are looking for an Engineering Manager to join our team in Milan's tech hub at Doctolib. You will lead a team working on Continuity of Care technology, transforming healthcare and shaping a fast-growing company.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead a high-performing team of 5+ members to meet business objectives
- →Partner with talent and people teams to recruit, develop, and retain talent
- →Build and lead a user-centric team delivering high user satisfaction
- →Own the team’s production, quality, and delivery with positive engagement scores
- →Set standards for security, reliability, performance, and scalability
- →Mentor and coach team members for continuous improvement
- →Participate in architecture reviews to ensure quality standards
- →Lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance the engineering team
Requirements
- ✓At least 6+ years of software engineering experience and 3+ years of management experience
- ✓Hands-on experience with Ruby, Java, and Kotlin
- ✓Understanding of testing code for features and bug fixes
- ✓Ability to adapt to efficient technologies for problem-solving
- ✓Proven experience developing efficient, maintainable, and secure products
- ✓Fluency in English
