About the Role
We are looking for an Engineering Manager to join Doctolib's Automation Platform (AUTOP) team, which empowers all Doctolib engineers to build, test, and deploy software with confidence and speed. This role involves leading a team of engineers focused on developer productivity and automation infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build and lead a high-performing team of 6-10 engineers passionate about developer productivity

- →Recruit, mentor, and retain top platform engineering talent
- →Conduct impactful 1:1s, performance reviews, and career development conversations
- →Define and drive the technical vision for your team's domain
- →Make high-impact technical decisions that balance short-term delivery with long-term sustainability
- →Set the bar for automation, quality, reliability, and security
- →Champion a "Platform as a Product" mindset
- →Partner strategically with product teams and other platforms
- →Drive measurable improvements in developer productivity metrics
- →Be a visible technical leader across the organization
- →Influence engineering culture and establish best practices
Requirements
- ✓6+ years of software engineering and 3+ years managing technical teams
- ✓Deep platform engineering expertise in CI/CD, developer tooling, automation, or testing infrastructure
- ✓Track record of building "Platform as a Product"
- ✓Fluent in English and comfortable influencing across a multi-country organization
- ✓Strong stakeholder management skills
- ✓Proven ability to balance technical depth with people leadership
