About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Hospital Partner to support the Sales Hospital Team in Berlin, Cologne, or Hamburg. This role is responsible for the development of Doctolib in your own region and guiding hospitals, clinics, and medical centers on their digital transformation journey in healthcare.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage the complete sales process for hospitals, clinics, and medical centers, from initial contact to go-live
- →Negotiate framework and individual contracts with customers at C-level
- →Support key accounts in technical integration and cross-selling/up-selling
- →Develop our platform based on customer feedback in close collaboration with product management and operations
- →Support coaching and development of new team members and define and monitor relevant key performance indicators
Requirements
- ✓At least 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales and experience in communicating with key accounts at C-level
- ✓Experience in a similar position, preferably in software sales or in a digital environment with complex services/products
- ✓Entrepreneurial mindset with a high degree of initiative and the drive to make things happen
- ✓Strong communication skills and empathy to understand complex process structures and adapt our products to customer needs
- ✓Fluent German (C1+) and confident English communication skills
