About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our SELECT team at DoiT. This role involves architecting and developing new features for our cloud cost management platform, working alongside founders and other engineers to contribute to our roadmap and software design.
Key Responsibilities
- βCreate new cost management features such as forecasts, anomaly alerts and cost allocations
- βDevelop reusable and robust UI components for cost exploration
- βBuild new data visualization capabilities to communicate performance and efficiency
- βBuild data pipelines and dbt models to surface new insights
- βImprove the reliability and performance of our application
- βIdentify the right problems to solve with meaningful outcomes
- βTake end-to-end ownership of features from design to delivery
- βIterate at speed while balancing speed and depth
- βSet a high bar for collaboration, communication, and decision making
Requirements
- βExperience as a full-stack engineer or with strong backend and data engineering skills
- βSolid understanding of frontend technologies: Typescript, React.js, Next.js, Tailwind CSS
- βSolid understanding of backend technologies: Python, FastAPI, Postgres, dbt, Dagster, Snowflake
- βExperience with system design
- βExcellent communication skills in English
- βSelf-organized, goal-oriented, and self-motivated
- βAbility to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
