Our Treasury Analyst will be an integral part of our global Finance organization. This role is based remotely in the UK, Ireland, Estonia and Sweden.

The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the Treasurer, the Treasury Analyst is responsible for supporting the treasury function, ensuring the efficient management of the company's cash flow, banking relationships, and financial risk. This role involves daily cash management, financial analysis, and collaboration with various departments across a wide range of entities, locations and currencies. Working with the newly appointed Treasurer, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to directly contribute to our financial goals by looking for cost saving and process improvements in how we make payments, collect cash and manage our financial risk.
Responsibilities
β’ Daily Cash Management:
β’ Monitor and manage daily cash balances across all bank accounts and highlight actions needed to ensure liquidity for all our entities
β’ Execute daily fund transfers and payments
β’ Process and track spot foreign exchange transactions to minimize cost of handling multiple currencies
β’ Become a subject matter expert in the area of payments and assist other finance teams with day-to-day banking queries
β’ Banking and Relationships:
β’ Execute opening and closing bank accounts
β’ Ensuring the timely and efficient update of bank mandates and ongoing KYC/AML compliance
β’ Analyse and report on recommendations to reduce bank fees and increase interest income
β’ Financial Analysis and Reporting:
β’ Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly treasury reports
β’ Analyze financial data to identify trends and risks
β’ Support the preparation of cash flow budgets and forecasts
β’ Risk Management:
β’ Process all debt related payments
β’ Assist in managing foreign exchange (FX) and interest rate risk
β’ Compliance and Operations:
β’ Ensure compliance with internal controls and treasury policies
β’ Maintain accurate records of treasury transactions
β’ Assist in various ad-hoc treasury projects and initiatives led by the Treasurer and other Finance leaders
Qualifications
β’ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
β’ 2+ years of experience in a corporate treasury or finance role
β’ Strong understanding of treasury principles and financial markets.
β’ Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
β’ Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
β’ Ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal teams
Bonus Points
β’ Certification (e.g., CTP, ACA, CIMA, ACCA)
β’ Systems experience (NetSuite, TMS)
