We are looking for a Talent Lead to join ARQ, one of the fastest-growing fintechs in the world. This role involves building and scaling the recruitment team, developing hiring playbooks, and implementing robust talent programs to support global growth.
Key Responsibilities
- →Hire A-players by working with co-founders and the executive team to calibrate roles and seniorities
- →Act like a founder by going beyond scope of work and priorities, demonstrating ownership and initiative
- →Build Talent KPIs and monitor data to make informed hiring decisions
- →Build and scale the Talent team by hiring other recruiters as the business grows
- →Scope, plan, and execute People and Talent programs in collaboration with other Talent Leads
Requirements
- ✓Proven track record building Operations/Growth/Compliance/Product hiring efforts for a Hyper-growth technology startup
- ✓Excellent sourcing toolkit with experience reaching out to passive talent
- ✓Strong interpersonal skills to connect with stakeholders and candidates
- ✓High EQ to understand candidate motivations and assess cultural fit
- ✓Excellent organization skills to manage candidate funnels with attention to detail
- ✓Resourcefulness to leverage LinkedIn and team networks for candidate sourcing
- ✓Ability to work well as part of a team with a relentless drive and proven closing track record
