About the Role
The Talent Acquisition Specialist at Domino’s World Resource Center (WRC) will manage full cycle recruiting for corporate staffing needs, driving attraction, assessment, selection, and exceptional candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage end-to-end recruiting for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, negotiating, closing, and pipelining—prioritizing rapid candidate outreach via phone/email without hesitation to meet aggressive timelines.
- →Develop creative sourcing strategies and network in talent communities (LinkedIn, job boards, schools, alumni associations, etc.) to attract top talent.
- →Expertly manage SmartRecruiters ATS with zero administrative errors, ensuring 100% data accuracy, compliance with company policies, local/national laws, and precise metrics tracking (time to present, interview, fill; satisfaction; diversity).
- →Deliver timely, professional feedback to candidates and analyze metrics for process insights and data-driven decisions.
- →Consult with hiring teams on best practices, delivering training for selection excellence.
