About the Role
We are looking for a Director, Enterprise Sales & Strategic Partnerships to lead a team driving revenue through strategic partnerships with large enterprises and Fortune 1000 companies. This role will engage C-suite and VP-level leaders to identify, close, and scale opportunities aligned with DoorDash for Business growth goals.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build and maintain a world-class team, recruiting, coaching, and inspiring a high-performing Strategic Partnerships Sales team.
- →Drive strategic enterprise partnerships, identifying, engaging, and growing high-value enterprise partners.
- →Operate and influence at the executive level, building trusted C-suite relationships externally and internally.
- →Shape solutions and close complex deals, translating enterprise needs into tailored partnership solutions.
- →Scale growth with rigor and results, owning pipeline, forecasting, and CRM discipline.
Requirements
- ✓10+ years in enterprise/B2B sales or adjacent fields with 5+ years of people leadership experience.
- ✓Expertise in navigating multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles and selling at the C-suite level.
- ✓Demonstrated success building and scaling strategic partnerships and closing large, complex deals.
- ✓Experience in complex contracting and negotiations, comfortable partnering with Legal and Procurement.
- ✓Exceptional executive presence with strong written, verbal, and presentation skills. Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
