About the Role
The Fraud Insights Operations Analyst serves as the primary investigator within the DoorDash Integrity department's Dx False Positive Team. This role focuses on proactively identifying and preventing fraud while maintaining a balance between optimizing the experience for Dashers and combating fraudulent activities.
Key Responsibilities
- →Identify potential fraud where detection methods do not already exist
- →Conduct thorough case reviews to ensure safe and compliant trading practices
- →Utilize data analysis and mathematical skills to enhance fraud operations
- →Identify and analyze fraud trends, presenting insights and recommendations
- →Manage escalations as directed by leadership
Requirements
- ✓Prior Dx Fraud knowledge required
- ✓2+ years of experience in fraud, finance, or professional operational roles
- ✓Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- ✓Advanced Google Sheets/Excel skills and familiarity with data analysis
- ✓Knowledge of fraud prevention strategies, techniques, and tools
- ✓Proficiency in using fraud detection software and systems
- ✓Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- ✓Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to fraud prevention
