About the Role
We are looking for a people-focused leader and experienced operations specialist to lead new DashMart facilities. This role involves recruiting, leading, and coaching a high-performing team of Site Managers, Assistant Site Managers, Supervisors, and Operations Associates across multiple DashMart locations.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead a team of Site Managers (4+ direct reports) and Operations Associates (30+ indirect reports)
- →Oversee day-to-day operations of 3-6 DashMart locations, ensuring processes run smoothly and safely
- →Drive site profitability by reviewing P&Ls, identifying performance gaps, and implementing corrective action plans
- →Design, build, and execute process improvement projects to drive operational efficiencies
- →Work cross-functionally with central teams to ensure the best customer experience on every order
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of experience in Operations, Consulting, Strategy, or related field
- ✓Proven leadership experience with teams of 15+ employees
- ✓Analytical skills with excellent Excel and data analysis abilities
- ✓Ability to thrive in ambiguous, startup environments
- ✓Experience in logistics and/or Fulfillment Center/Warehousing is a plus
- ✓Experience starting or scaling a successful startup is a bonus
