About the Team The DoorDash Technical Recruiting team supports the Engineering, Design, Analytics and Product Management organizations, as is made up of recruiters, sourcers and coordinators who partner with our technical leaders to hire the best talent to DoorDash. About the Role We’re looking for an experienced technical recruiter to support engineering hiring across DoorDash. In this role, you’ll partner closely with senior engineering leaders to define recruiting strategies, drive candidate engagement strategies, and close exceptional technical talent. You’ll also play a key role in headcount planning, talent forecasting, and process improvement as we continue to scale our engineering organization. Results of the audit may be viewed here: Covey Compensation The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.
