About the Role
We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join Posh, a platform that connects people through live events. This role involves building user-centric features and working on projects that enhance the platform's capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- βOwn the development and maintenance of internal dashboards and admin tooling
- βBuild and manage third-party integrations to ensure accurate user metadata
- βDesign and maintain systems for GMV reporting, payment reconciliation, and financial data accuracy
- βDevelop and iterate on dispute management tools
- βTriage and resolve on-call bugs and technical issues
- βSupport CRM migrations and integrations
- βTranslate stakeholder requests into scalable technical solutions
Requirements
- βFamiliarity with backend technologies like Node.js and database systems
- βUnderstanding of RESTful APIs and experience working with them
- βAbility to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
- βStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- βGood communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
- β2+ years of experience with TypeScript and React
- βExperience building applications end-to-end (frontend, backend, deployment)
- βPassion for creating products that connect people in the real world
