- Influence and align cross-functional stakeholders by adapting communication style and constructively navigating disagreements to drive product decisions.
- Communicate changes, updates, and known issues clearly across the org.
- Build productive working relationships with internal partners and, when appropriate, external stakeholders.
Discovery & Insights
- Conduct customer interviews, feedback analysis, and usability assessments to identify root causes and improvement opportunities.
- Analyze feature usage, performance data, and qualitative insights to diagnose issues and recommend solutions.
- Adapt existing approaches or propose variations in response to non-routine or evolving product challenges.
- Contribute informed recommendations to broader product strategy discussions.
Roadmap Contribution
- Manage the backlog for your feature area, ensuring clarity and prioritization.
- Provide input into the product roadmap through data and customer insight.
- Support Senior PMs in evaluating tradeoffs and investment options.
