About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team at Dream Sports, India's leading sports technology company. This role focuses on shaping and driving the product roadmap to enhance player engagement and deliver products that meet strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- βShape and drive product roadmap, aligning with business goals for enhanced player engagement
- βCollaborate cross-functionally to deliver products and features that meet strategic objectives and users' needs
- βAnalyze and optimize game metrics to improve retention, engagement and monetization
- βDeliver research on the industry landscape, trends, competitor products and recommendations
- βAdvocate for the player's perspective to ensure fair and balanced engagement, and monetization models that empower user's choice and value for time
- βDevelop and implement monetization and pricing strategies that maximize player value and revenue
Requirements
- β5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in mobile gaming or consumer tech industry
- βStrong analytical skills, with experience using data to inform decision-making
- βExcellent communication and collaboration skills
- βKnowledge of monetization models and techniques for driving in-app purchases
- βProficiency with business intelligence tools and comfortable building models to explore opportunities while working closely with analytics
- βExperience working in games/games economies for Live Services and ongoing-engagement titles
- βPassion for games and ability to understand and deconstruct what makes a successful live game
