About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to join Wise's Machine Learning and Generative AI Platform teams. This role involves building the foundations that enable the organization to harness AI safely and effectively, focusing on cutting-edge tools and seamless integration.
Key Responsibilities
- →Drive adoption of ML/GenAI infrastructure by identifying friction points and shipping solutions
- →Build and validate technical roadmaps using prototypes, SQL analytics, and hands-on experimentation
- →Define success metrics and implement dashboards to track model performance and business impact
- →Design governance frameworks that enable rapid experimentation while ensuring compliance
- →Partner with security to implement model monitoring and access controls
- →Create cost optimization strategies backed by data
- →Evaluate and select AI vendors through technical assessment and ROI analysis
- →Work with engineering to define scalable architecture
- →Build self-service tools, clear documentation, and reusable components
Requirements
- ✓Technical depth in machine learning and generative AI
- ✓Experience with SQL analytics and hands-on experimentation
- ✓Knowledge of AI platforms like Sagemaker, MLflow, Ray, and Bedrock
- ✓Understanding of governance frameworks and compliance
- ✓Ability to partner with security teams for model monitoring
