About the Role
We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our team. This role focuses on planning, coordinating, and overseeing operations on company projects.
Key Responsibilities
- →Assist in managing real estate projects in commercial, industrial, and retail sectors
- →Assist in managing costs, team, timelines, and quality requirements in all matters related to planning, design, tendering, construction, and project delivery
- →Monitor project progress to ensure adherence to the defined baseline: scope, quality standards, timelines, and budget
- →Manage project communication flows with internal and external stakeholders and clients
- →Support team members in drafting reports, preparing presentations, reports, and proposals
- →Supervise the activities of all contractors on site
- →Obtain appropriate documentation and be responsible for proper archiving
- →Ensure the implementation of defined processes within the project
