About the Role
The Senior Data Analyst will serve as the primary link between data and business strategy at Drivemode. This role focuses on transforming complex vehicle telemetry and user behavior data into actionable insights that influence customer experiences and enable data-driven UX improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead deep-dive analysis to deliver data-backed answers to broad business questions
- →Partner with business stakeholders to define hypotheses and questions that move key goals forward
- →Design and maintain critical dashboards for monitoring UX friction and user behavior
- →Set the direction for data analysis initiatives and define milestones for unlocking valuable insights
- →Manage data requests and negotiate priorities with product managers
- →Document data and set up self-service tools for non-analysts
- →Serve as the expert for complex data queries and analysis
Requirements
- ✓5–8+ years of experience in Data Analysis or Product Analytics
- ✓Exceptional ability to explain data findings to non-technical stakeholders
- ✓Expert-level skills in data visualization tools like Tableau, PowerBI, Superset, or Metabase
- ✓Expert SQL and proficiency in Python or R for statistical analysis
- ✓Experience with complex datasets including user behavior analytics and vehicle telemetry
- ✓Understanding of data modeling approaches
- ✓Commitment to maintaining a useful data catalog for self-service
