About the Role
We are looking for an Operations Lead to join Dropbox, acting as a bridge between the Office of the CEO (OCEO) and business units. This role will help operationalize company-wide business rhythms with rigor, clarity, and consistency.
Key Responsibilities
- →Partner with Chiefs of Staff and operational teams to support company-wide operating rhythms
- →Identify inefficiencies and build scalable workflows to reduce operational overhead
- →Uphold quality standards for executive-facing deliverables
- →Distill complex processes into simple guidance and resources
- →Enable employees to operate effectively within company frameworks
- →Pilot and iterate on improvements to operating mechanisms
- →Lead ad hoc projects supporting the CEO’s priorities
- →Represent the CEO’s vision in cross-functional contexts
Requirements
- ✓8+ years of experience in operations, program management, or consulting
- ✓Ability to thrive in ambiguity and define scope independently
- ✓Experience building or scaling operational systems
- ✓Strong attention to detail and judgment
- ✓Ability to adapt quickly while maintaining quality
- ✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills
