About the Role
We are looking for a visionary Director of Product Marketing to lead the go-to-market strategy for Dropbox's most ambitious bets on the future of work, including AI-powered experiences and new products. This role will shape how AI-powered knowledge discovery comes to market and transform how teams find and use information.
Key Responsibilities
- →Define and evolve the end-to-end narrative for Dash and priority innovation initiatives
- →Translate complex, AI-powered products into clear positioning and value propositions
- →Ensure consistent storytelling across launches, lifecycle moments, and communications
- →Own the strategy and operating model for critical product releases
- →Build scalable frameworks that drive alignment across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Support
- →Define success metrics and post-launch plans
- →Synthesize insights from research, usage data, and customer feedback
- →Partner with Product and Design leadership to shape strategy
- →Bring competitive intelligence into roadmap discussions
- →Align messaging strategy to company-level goals
- →Influence planning cycles and investment decisions
Requirements
- ✓15+ years of experience in Product Marketing or related functions
- ✓4+ years in people management
- ✓Proven success leading GTM strategy for complex products at scale
- ✓Experience in B2B SaaS, productivity, or collaboration platforms
- ✓Strong understanding of positioning, launches, and lifecycle strategy
- ✓Ability to build, coach, and scale high-performing teams
- ✓Executive presence with influence over senior stakeholders
- ✓Exceptional communication and storytelling skills
- ✓Comfort operating in high-ambiguity environments
