About the Role

The Senior Designer is a seasoned illustrator and packaging designer who will help define and bring the Jukebox brand to life across digital and physical touchpoints. This is a unique opportunity to own the next chapter of brand expression, translating Jukebox's bold identity into new categories and customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

→Concept and develop innovative design solutions across packaging, retail, digital, and print touchpoints
→Lead artwork development from concept through production in partnership with internal teams and external vendors
→Own packaging and retail execution including QA of physical samples and in-store display materials
→Design and support DTC and lifecycle creative including website updates, email, and campaign collateral
→Develop limited edition packaging, new category launches, and retail partnerships
→Create supporting materials such as sell sheets, product brochures, and POS catalogs
→Maintain and evolve design systems across touchpoints
→Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Packaging Engineering

Requirements

✓At least 5+ years of proven experience in retail, advertising, and packaging design
✓Bachelor’s degree in Design or Visual Communication
✓Adobe Creative Suite experience
✓Illustration expertise
✓Proven experience with custom advertising displays and packaging with domestic and overseas vendors
✓Strong understanding of dieline and package development
✓Experience in a rapidly evolving work environment
✓Experience with retail-specific display and packaging requirements
✓Excellent communication and presentation skills
✓A can-do attitude with a focus on team support and collaboration
✓General interest in health, wellness, and personal care products
