About the Role
We are looking for a GTM Recruiter to join DualEntry, a fast-growing AI startup revolutionizing the ERP market. This is a rare opportunity to build our talent acquisition function from the ground up across the USA, EU, and LATAM.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build and execute DualEntry’s recruiting strategy across engineering, AI/ML, product, GTM, and leadership roles
- →Source, engage, and close exceptional candidates in competitive recruiting markets
- →Partner with Founders and hiring managers to define role requirements and target profiles
- →Own full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and closing
- →Establish and continuously improve candidate experience
- →Build and manage a repeatable recruiting process with pipeline reporting and analytics
- →Define our recruiting process, employer brand, and candidate pitch
Requirements
- ✓4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience at high-growth start-ups
- ✓Deep sourcing expertise with creative strategies beyond inbound
- ✓Analytical approach to identify profitable talent sources and manage team members against KPIs
- ✓Practical and high-speed recruitment approach
- ✓Experience building recruiting functions from the ground up
