About the Role
We are looking for a Business Operations Manager to join a newly formed team responsible for launching and scaling MS NOW’s DTC product. This role will play a critical part in ensuring new products, content initiatives, and partnerships launch smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- →Support the planning and execution of major DTC initiatives, from concept through launch and iteration
- →Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and dependencies across multiple cross-functional workstreams
- →Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Editorial, Growth, Finance, Legal, and other stakeholders to drive alignment and execution
- →Proactively identify risks, gaps, and blockers; help drive solutions and decision-making
- →Help maintain operational tools, processes, and reporting that support efficient execution and visibility
- →Prepare presentations for executive leadership and cross-functional working teams to ensure strategic alignment
- →Support shared goal setting, milestone tracking, and launch readiness across the DTC organization
- →Assist with operational execution of external partnerships, including coordination across internal teams
