About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to build our talent acquisition function from the ground up across the USA, EU, and LATAM. This is a rare opportunity to take it from 0 to 1, shaping how we hire across the entire company.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build and execute DualEntry’s recruiting strategy across engineering, AI/ML, product, GTM, and leadership roles
- →Source, engage, and close exceptional candidates in competitive recruiting markets, including creative sourcing strategies
- →Partner with Founders and hiring managers to define role requirements, target profiles, technical assessment, and market positioning
- →Own full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and closing
- →Establish and continuously improve candidate experience, ensuring every touchpoint reflects DualEntry’s bar for excellence
- →Build and manage a repeatable recruiting process, pipeline reporting, and analytics to identify what works
- →Build and define our process, employer brand, and candidate pitch
Requirements
- ✓4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience at high-growth start-ups
- ✓Deep sourcing expertise: you know how to find and attract talent beyond inbound with creative strategies
- ✓An analytical approach to identify profitable talent sources and to manage team members against KPIs
- ✓Practical and high-speed recruitment approach
- ✓Experience building recruiting functions from the ground up (candidate experience systems, ATS workflows, etc.)
