About the Role

We are looking for an Account Manager to elevate our client relations reputation, with a focus on the dynamic Quebec market. This role involves managing relationships with clients, talents, and team members, creating distinctive brand identities and digital strategies to help talents stand out in their careers and develop their personal brand image. The position combines client relationship management, project supervision, strategic development, and social media expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• →Supervise and execute negotiated partnerships for talents from start to finish, ensuring all contractual terms are respected
• →Track performance by evaluating key performance indicators (KPIs) and present comprehensive reports at the end of each partnership
• →Develop content strategies and concepts using social media analytics and trends to maintain high engagement rates
• →Collaborate with talents and Dulcedo employees during and after collaborations to ensure consistent social media presence
• →Participate in talent agency experience by being involved in onboarding, quarterly planning, and other key activities
• →Assist in daily talent management by offering planning support to organize activities and ensure success
• →Manage incoming PR requests, process interview requests, respond to submissions, and handle event invitations
• →Contribute to outbound strategies including talent acquisition, interview proposals, gift sending, event responses, and new brand outreach
• →Assist with on-site production days and talent events by providing on-site support for collaboration success
• →Use appropriate tools and information channels to stay updated on industry trends as a valuable team resource
• →Participate in the buddy program to mentor new Dulcedo employees and share best practices
