We are looking for a Training & Onboarding Specialist to join Dulcedo's Training Facility. This role involves shaping the onboarding experience for new team members, delivering engaging training sessions, and acting as a brand ambassador. You will report to the Training & Onboarding Manager and help new hires ramp up with confidence.
Dulcedo Management is a Canadian talent management agency based in Montreal, founded in 2008. Initially a modeling agency, it became Canadaβs first dedicated influencer management agency in 2014. The company represents a diverse roster of approximately 500 talents, including fashion models, Olympic athletes, entertainment celebrities, e-sports stars, and social media creators. With a team of around 128 to 200 employees, Dulcedo focuses on career management, brand partnerships, and strategic marketing initiatives. Dulcedo operates with a clear separation between talent management and brand services, ensuring loyalty to its talents. This approach was strengthened by the acquisition of Sunday Creative Agency in 2023, which allows Dulcedo to concentrate on enhancing its talents' careers and earnings. The company has expanded its presence to major cities like Los Angeles, New York, and Miami, reflecting its growing influence in North America. Dulcedo is recognized for its strong company culture, with 92% of employees rating it positively, emphasizing innovation and engagement.
