About the Role
We are looking for a Training & Onboarding Specialist to join Dulcedo's Training Facility. This role involves shaping the onboarding experience for new team members, delivering engaging training sessions, and acting as a brand ambassador. You will report to the Training & Onboarding Manager and help new hires ramp up with confidence.
Key Responsibilities
- βHost portions of new hire training sessions and serve as point of contact for incoming cohorts
- βLead warm, engaging intro meetings that set the tone for the Dulcedo experience
- βSupport rollout of workshops, mentorship sessions, shadow programs, and team-specific trainings
- βOwn scheduling and coordination of all onboarding and training activities
- βEnsure cohorts have right information, resources, and timelines from day one
- βMaintain templates, training decks, onboarding checklists, and documentation
- βOrganize training materials in English and French for easy navigation
- βPrepare insights and reports to help improve training experience
Requirements
- β1-3 years in training, education, HR, operations, customer experience, or similar roles
- βStrong communication skills and confidence speaking in front of groups
- βBilingual English/French is mandatory for translation support
- βTech-savvy with Google Suite, LMS tools, CRMs, and documentation tools
- βPatient, adaptable, and unflappable when things shift
- βSolid organizational skills to juggle multiple sessions and tasks
- βInitiative, curiosity, and drive to make things happen
