About the Role
We're seeking a talented Software Engineer to join our team at Dust, an AI operating system company transforming how companies operate. You'll be responsible for building high-value features and infrastructure that directly impact user interaction with AI.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own critical features end-to-end, designing and implementing core product experiences
- →Scope and lead technical projects to completion with a focus on the full stack
- →Collaborate directly with customers to understand their needs and rapidly iterate on solutions
- →Build for scale, designing systems that handle increasing complexity while maintaining simplicity
Requirements
- ✓Experience with technologies like TypeScript, React.js, Node.js, Rust, shadcn, Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform, Elasticsearch, QDrant, PostgreSQL
- ✓Ability to design and implement core product experiences
- ✓Strong problem-solving skills and ability to scope technical projects
- ✓Experience working with users to understand needs and iterate on solutions
