About the Role

We are looking for a Post-Sales Solutions Engineer to join our team at Dust, an AI operating system company. This role focuses on ensuring our existing customers maximize value from our platform throughout their journey with us.

Key Responsibilities

→Develop and maintain deep expertise in Dust's product, platform capabilities, and prompt engineering best practices
→Serve as a trusted technical advisor to Enterprise customers, building relationships with both technical and business stakeholders
→Lead advanced implementation projects, including high-value use cases, technical integrations, and custom workflows
→Lead training and workshop sessions, effectively communicating Dust's value proposition
→Partner with Customer Success to drive adoption, retention, and expansion
→Champion customers' needs with Product & Engineering teams
→Build our global Solutions Engineering organization from the ground up

Requirements

✓High technical aptitude, with experience with APIs, web development, and writing scripts
✓Familiarity with LLMs like GPT-4, Claude, Mistral, or Gemini is highly desirable
