About the Role
We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to help enterprise customers succeed with our AI automation platform. You'll be the connective tissue between customers, our AI Solutions Consulting team, and Customer Success.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the customer experience end to end, ensuring problems are truly solved
- →Automate support interactions at scale while personalizing where it counts
- →Bridge support, consulting, and success teams to keep everyone aligned
- →Communicate clearly with customers about complex issues
- →Use Intercom and our platform to manage support and reproduce issues
- →Surface insights from support requests to improve the product
Requirements
- ✓Experience supporting enterprise SaaS or automation platforms
- ✓Familiarity with Intercom or similar support platforms
- ✓Strong instinct for what should be automated versus what needs human touch
- ✓Basic understanding of AI products and agent behavior
- ✓Ability to build internal knowledge bases and processes
- ✓Experience working alongside consulting or customer success teams
