About the Role
We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our fast-growing, product-focused company. This cross-functional role will work across Product, Operations, and Commercial teams to turn complex data into actionable insights that improve performance and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- →Analyse large datasets to identify trends, risks, and optimisation opportunities
- →Define and track KPIs across operational and product performance
- →Build clear, reliable dashboards and reporting frameworks
- →Partner with Product and Engineering to support feature validation and performance measurement
- →Break down ambiguous business problems into structured analytical approaches
- →Improve data accuracy, consistency, and internal reporting standards
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of experience in Data Analytics / Business Intelligence
- ✓Strong SQL skills (mandatory)
- ✓Experience with BI tools (Looker, Power BI, Tableau, Metabase, etc.)
- ✓Structured, systems-oriented mindset
- ✓Strong attention to detail and data quality
- ✓Ability to translate data into actionable business insights
- ✓Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, scaling startup environment
- ✓Strong communication skills in English
