About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to scale our Engineering organization at Dwelly, a UK-based AI-enabled lettings and property management platform. This role will focus on hiring high-calibre software engineers and technical specialists in competitive markets.

Key Responsibilities

→Own end-to-end hiring for Engineering roles (Backend, Frontend, Full Stack, Data, Infrastructure, etc.)
→Partner with engineering leaders to define hiring strategies and ideal candidate profiles
→Build proactive sourcing strategies to attract top engineering talent
→Conduct structured recruiter screenings, assessing technical fundamentals and motivation
→Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies
→Continuously analyse the engineering talent market and adjust attraction strategies
→Maintain ATS hygiene and provide clear pipeline visibility to stakeholders
→Ensure an excellent and professional candidate experience

Requirements

✓5+ years of experience recruiting for Engineering roles
✓Proven track record of hiring software engineers in competitive markets worldwide
✓Strong understanding of technical roles and ability to assess engineering fundamentals
✓Experience managing and partnering with external recruitment agencies
✓Highly organised, structured, and detail-oriented
✓Strong stakeholder management skills
✓Comfortable working in a fast-paced, scaling environment
✓Professional fluency in English and Russian is essential
✓Bachelor’s degree or higher education qualification
