EarnIn is seeking a Product Manager to join the Financial Intelligence Platform team. This role involves defining and driving the product vision for a platform designed to improve financial flexibility and employee financial wellness.
Key Responsibilities
- →Define and refine the product vision and strategy for components of EarnIn’s Financial Intelligence Platform
- →Set long-term product direction that balances immediate platform needs with EarnIn’s broader mission
- →Build and maintain a clear, data-informed product roadmap for new initiatives
- →Prioritize product features and enhancements that deliver measurable improvements
- →Lead collaboration across Engineering, Design, Compliance, Risk, Finance, and Support
- →Act as the product voice in cross-functional decision making
- →Deeply understand the needs of our community members through research and data insights
- →Guide product discovery and delivery, ensuring quality execution
- →Oversee performance metrics and iterate quickly based on data
- →Build, mentor, and grow high-performing team members
- →Foster a culture of collaboration, ownership, experimentation, and continuous learning
Requirements
- ✓8+ years of product management experience
- ✓Demonstrated success in managing large product portfolios
- ✓Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data
