Als Senior Marketing Manager:in im Eventmarketing verantwortest Du die strategische Konzeption, Planung und Umsetzung unserer Events und Erlebnisformate. Mit Deinem Gespür für Markeninszenierung entwickelst Du innovative Konzepte, die die emotionale Bindung zu Breuninger stärken und unsere Marke erlebbar machen.
Deine Aufgaben
• Konzeption und Weiterentwicklung innovativer Eventformate zur Kundenbindung sowie zur Differenzierung und Emotionalisierung der Marke Breuninger
• Strategische Planung und Steuerung interner und externer Großevents, Kampagnen und Promotions
• End-to-End-Verantwortung für Deine Projekte von der Idee über die Umsetzung bis zur Nachbereitung und Evaluation
• Eigenverantwortliche Steuerung komplexer Projekte mit hohem Qualitätsanspruch und mehreren Stakeholdern
• Analyse und Bewertung der Event-Performance sowie Ableitung konkreter Handlungsempfehlungen
• Adressatengerechte Aufbereitung und Präsentation von Ergebnissen gegenüber internen Schnittstellen und Management
• Steuerung von Kampagnen, Prozessen und Kommunikation mit internen und externen Partnern (z. B. Kundenservice, Inhouse Agentur, Lieferanten)
