About the Role
We are looking for a Product Owner to join ecosio, a leading provider of B2B integration specializing in electronic data interchange (EDI), Web EDI, and e-invoicing. The Product Owner will focus on researching international e-invoicing regulations, preparing documentation for internal teams, collaborating with Marketing on campaigns, developing pre-sales materials, and communicating product strategy and progress to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- →Take ownership of specific countries for ecosio’s compliance transaction product, defining its long-term roadmap, vision, and strategy
- →Deep-dive into international regulations to ensure our product stays ahead of the curve and market demands
- →Act as a knowledge hub, relaying vital regulatory information to Legal, Development, Sales, and Onboarding & Operations teams
- →Collaborate with Marketing to design and launch targeted campaigns for enterprise buyers
- →Empower the Sales team by creating pre-sales materials and joining customer calls as the product expert
- →Ensure clear documentation for technical and operations teams to facilitate smooth implementations of complex features
- →Communicate strategy and progress transparently to all stakeholders
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience in product management or a similar role, ideally in a SaaS environment
- ✓Experience in product development, roadmap planning, and writing feature requirements
- ✓Strong knowledge of e-invoicing, e-archiving, and e-transport regulations
- ✓A researcher’s mindset with the ability to translate international legal requirements into actionable product goals
- ✓Deep understanding of market trends and customer satisfaction analysis
- ✓Tech savviness – the ability to keep up with new technologies and leverage AI tools
- ✓Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
- ✓Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- ✓Fluency in English
