• →Support in enacting established compensation for customer-facing teams
• →Calculate results and amounts payable
• →Manage systems for results calculation
• →Assist with target setting and preparation of compensation letters
• →Develop compensation strategies aligned with company goals
• →Work with AI tools like Gemini and Agentforce to streamline workflows
• →Manage compensation platforms and seek process improvements
• →Support Regional Frontline Strategy Program Managers in analyzing performance issues
• →Review team plans, quota allocation, and target achievements with regional leaders
• →Monitor progress against targets and prepare forecasts
• →Collaborate with Rev Ops teams, business leaders, HR, and Finance
